Technology and Support

Videoconferencing
TALHO promotes the use of videoconferencing technology to enable distance learning and participation. All TALHO Members Meetings are available via videoconference for those members who are unable to participate in person. In addition, TALHO provides assistance with establishing other videoconferencing connections, between TALHO members, state and federal agencies and other parties.

TALHO also provides videoconferencing bridging services, typically free-of-charge to TALHO members. We can connect ISDN-based (H.320), IP-based (H.323) and voice users of a large number to our conferencing system.
