You will be contacted by TALHO when there is a need to manage your machine remotely. In almost all cases this is as a result of you opening a service call with TALHO. When the need arises, follow these steps to assist TALHO with establishing a connection to your PC.
Ensure that the VNC Server icon is present in the system tray, in the lower right of your screen, next to the system clock. The icon looks as follows (shown larger than actual size):

If this icon is not present, contact TALHO for further instructions.
Provide TALHO personnel with the IP Address of your computer. This can be located by hovering your cursor over the VNC icon in the lower right corner of your screen. You can also obtain it here.
At this point TALHO will attempt to connect to your computer using the IP address you provided. Upon a successful connection you will be prompted to allow the incoming connection. Click to accept the incoming connection.
While TALHO is connected you will notice that the VNC icon turns from white to black. This indicates that the VNC session is active.
Upon completing the work, TALHO will close the connection. No further action will be required on your part to end the session.
